Cards are English singles (no sealed products) with a known printing, priced at the daily market price from US online marketplace data; a tag team card counts for each Pokemon it names. Each day's change is measured only on cards that were in the index on the last published day and stayed in it through that day, so a card that joins or returns never moves the level on the day it enters. A card with no price keeps its last price and leaves after 7 days with market data but no price of its own; days with no market data at all do not count. A day publishes when cards making up at least 90% of the continuing cards' value had a recent price; otherwise the level holds, and after 7 held days in a row the next day with any price publishes.
