Introducing the Changelog

August 14, 2026

NewWeb

A public changelog, updated every release

Every release now gets a dated section on the new changelog page, with each entry tagged New, Improved, or Fixed, and filters for update type and platform. A megaphone in the navbar picks up a dot when something you have not seen ships, and opens a quick What's New panel without taking you off the page you are on. You can also follow along by RSS or JSON feed.

Add Custom Cards to Vendor Hub

Ability to add a custom card so that even if a card is missing or unsupported at the time, users can still complete deals and track the cost in/out for them.

Sent something in the app too ,but it would be nice to add some sort of placeholder item in for cards that aren’t in the system for both deals and inventory. For example took in a one piece slab yesterday as credit for a trade but don’t have a way to track it in the app as either a part of the deal it was taken in for or for inventory to keep track of the price I paid on it. Just a name field and an override price to print price labels would be convenient. If there is already a way to do this let me know, thanks!

Large scanned lots save without losing the lot

Scanning a lot over 100 cards and tapping Add to Inventory failed outright and lost the whole lot. The app also flags rows that would be rejected, like a grade out of range or the same cert on two cards, before the upload starts.

See what a card is listed at right now

A new eBay Active button sits next to eBay Solds on a card's Market Data view in Vendor Hub. Sold tells you what the card went for, Active tells you what it is up for today, which is the number you want when you are deciding what to list at. Raw searches filter out graded slabs and bulk lots on the active side too. We'll be bringing these buttons across the rest of the site and app in an upcoming release.

Selling one copy no longer sells the whole stack

If you had 6 copies of a card listed on eBay and one sold, all 6 were marked gone. Quick sale in Vendor Hub had the same problem, so holding 3 of a card and selling 1 at a show wiped out the other 2. Both now draw the stack down by one and leave the remaining copies listed.

Sold cards stay on your Shopify store

When a card sells on Double Holo or eBay it now stays up in Shopify, marked sold out with a "sold" tag, instead of disappearing. Build an automated collection with the condition "Product tag is equal to sold" and you get a Sold section that fills itself in. Nobody can buy one by mistake, and pulling a listing yourself still removes it as before.

eBay comp searches find the right card

Searches now carry the set name and a properly formatted card number, and raw cards filter graded slabs out of the results. For raw cards, search results went from returning 5% correct printing to 100%. Japanese raw cards saw a large improvement as well, reducing cards with 0 listings in the results from 95% to 14%.

Gem rates and population breakdowns corrected

Pristine copies counted toward a card's graded population but not its gem rate, CGC 9.5 was treated as a Gem Mint on about 1,700 cards when it is really a Mint+ grade, and TAG 9.5s were dropped on the way in. Around 433 cards get a corrected gem rate. Population breakdowns now show every grade, including PSA half grades and plain BGS 10s, so a card can no longer show a number of graded copies with a breakdown that doesn't add up.

Japanese population numbers accuracy improvements

Some Japanese sets were linked to the wrong language. Those numbers are cleaned up and no longer picked up.

Sold slabs stop coming back in stock

For sellers using automated pricing rules, every repricing run could put a sold item back in stock on eBay, which meant the sale was never seen and the slab stayed live and buyable after it was gone.

Finishing onboarding no longer restarts the questions

Answers now save as soon as you finish the questions. A separate error that could break the home and signup pages for some people is fixed too.

Price forecasts stop leaning bearish without cause

Cards with less than 50 days of price history were getting a downtrend vote they had not earned. The panel shows N/A instead of failing to render when there is not enough data.

eBay listing updates stop failing for no reason

An occasional connection error was breaking listing updates and price changes roughly once every couple of hours per connected account, and retrying always worked, which is why it was easy to miss. Cross-listed items also stop drifting out of sync: a price under eBay's $0.99 floor or a package over a shipping service's weight cap now either corrects itself or tells you what is wrong, instead of failing quietly every 15 minutes.

Anyone can link a Shopify store

Generating or claiming a Shopify integration link code was blocked behind a premium subscription. Any signed-in user can now link their store from Settings, Integrations: the code appears when the page loads, and entering it in the Shopify admin completes the link. Shiny Pro codes are unchanged and still a paid perk.

and does link code exist yet, or is this still in the works?

Grading Opportunities shows its empty state

The tab crashed instead of rendering when the response came back without a results list.

Sentiment agrees with itself at the threshold

A card whose 14-day sentiment sat exactly on the greed or fear line could read greed in one place and neutral in another at the same time, and its reading was quietly left out of the buy and sell recommendation. Both now agree. Only cards sitting exactly on the threshold are affected.

Sign-in and OAuth setup are more reliable

Simultaneous requests during account setup are handled properly now, which removes a rare cause of failed sign-ins.
