What is a Double Holo cashback event?
Double Holo cashback events are limited-time promotions on the Double Holo marketplace that give premium subscribers up to 10% back in store credit on one Pokemon, set, or era of cards. Credit is added once the order is complete and settled, typically 3 to 7 days after delivery, can total up to $200 per month, and expires after 90 days.
How do cashback events work?
Each event covers a group of cards, such as one Pokemon, one set, or one era, for a fixed window of time. When an eligible subscriber buys a matching card on the Double Holo marketplace during that window, a share of the card's price comes back as store credit. Each event shows its own rate, which is never more than 10%.
Who is eligible?
Premium subscribers earn the credit: Smart Collector, Serious Collector, and all paid Vendor plans. The plan must be active, and you need to be signed in when you buy. Guest checkouts, sealed products, orders from a filled bid, lot offers, and purchases from your own listings do not earn credit. Anyone can browse the events, signed in or not.
When are events revealed?
Each scheduled event is revealed at midnight ET the day before it starts. Today's event and tomorrow's event are shown in full, so you can see the cards and the rate ahead of time. Days further out stay locked, showing only the date, until they unlock. Each event runs for the window shown on its card.
How is store credit paid out?
Store credit is added once the order is complete and settled, typically 3 to 7 days after delivery. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or charged back earn no credit; a dispute pays credit only on the settled part, and credit is never paid on the part of an order covered by store credit. It has no cash value and expires after 90 days. Some events cap credit per buyer.
