Double Holo Seller API Terms

Version 1, effective October 22, 2026

About these terms

These Seller API Terms cover your use of the Double Holo Seller API, the tools that let you manage your listings, photos, and sold orders with your own software. By accepting them, you agree to these terms in addition to the Double Holo Terms of Service.

If these terms and the Terms of Service disagree about the Seller API, these terms apply.

Who can use the Seller API

You need a Double Holo seller account in good standing that is approved to sell, has finished Stripe onboarding, has a verified phone number, and has reached seller level 2. We check this when you manage listings. While your keys are active, you can still ship, cancel, and refund orders you already sold.

We may limit, pause, or end access for any account, and we may change who is eligible.

Your keys and their security

Each key works only together with your user id. Treat a key like a password: keep it on your own server, never put it in a web page, an app you hand out, or a public code repository, and never share it.

You are responsible for everything done with your keys. If a key may have leaked, revoke it right away in your seller settings and create a new one. You can have at most two active keys.

What you can do with it

You may use the Seller API only to manage your own listings, listing photos, and orders you sold on Double Holo, the same things you can do in the app.

You may not use it to reach anyone else's data, to get around a limit or a rule of the marketplace, to scrape Double Holo, to list items you do not have, or to place misleading listings. Every marketplace rule that applies in the app applies to the API too.

Limits

The Seller API has request limits and daily limits that depend on your seller level. They are listed in the Seller API documentation and may change.

When you reach a limit, the API tells you when you can try again. Do not try to get around the limits, for example by spreading requests over several accounts.

Buyer information

Orders you sold show the buyer's name and shipping address while the order is waiting to ship. Use that information only to ship that order. Do not store it longer than you need to, sell it, share it, or use it to contact the buyer about anything else.

We keep a record of changes made with your keys, including the time, IP address, and app name (user agent), but not the contents of your requests. We use it to help you and to keep the marketplace safe.

Suspension and revocation

We may revoke your keys or turn off your access at any time, including if you break these terms or the Terms of Service, if your account is restricted, or to protect buyers, sellers, or Double Holo.

If your account is banned or you lose selling privileges, your keys stop working and are revoked. You keep handling orders you already sold in the app.

Fees

Using the Seller API is free. Your seller fees, shipping label costs, and payouts are the same as in the app. A shipping label you buy through the API is taken out of your payout for that order, just like a label bought in the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the version number and the API stops accepting requests until you accept the new version in your seller settings. Your keys keep working once you accept.

No warranty and limits on liability

The Seller API is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or work with your software.

To the extent the law allows, Double Holo is not liable for losses caused by your software, by how you use the API, or by the API being unavailable. The limits on liability in the Terms of Service also apply.

These terms work alongside the Double Holo Terms of Service and the Seller API docs.
