About these terms

These Refer & Earn Terms (the "Terms") cover the Double Holo Refer & Earn program (the "program"). By joining or using the program, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are in addition to the Double Holo Terms of Service. These Terms govern the program, and the Terms of Service govern everything else. If the two conflict about the program, these Terms control.

Who can join

You need a Double Holo account in good standing to join. We may limit who can join, for example by location, account age or account type, and we may refuse any request to join.

Who counts as a referral

A person counts as a referral only if they create a new Double Holo account after you join the program and sign up with your referral link or enter your referral code.

People who already had an account, and you yourself, including any other account you own or control, never count. If more than one referral could apply to the same person, our records decide who gets it.

A person who signs up with your code may also earn a one-time $5 Collector's Path store credit reward. That reward is only available on a paid plan billed monthly or annually, must be completed within 30 days of their first payment on that plan, and is only offered while the program includes it. Weekly plans and free trials do not qualify, and a free trial that converts counts from the first payment.

How rewards are earned

You earn a reward when a person you referred pays an invoice for a qualifying plan. Free trials, unpaid invoices, refunded invoices and disputed invoices do not earn rewards.

Rewards are held for review before they are added to your balance. Today the hold is 3 days for weekly and monthly plans and 14 days for annual plans, and reviewed rewards are added in a later payout batch. The reward table on the Refer & Earn page shows the amounts, plans and limits in effect now.

Rewards are store credit

Rewards are issued only as Double Holo store credit. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be transferred to another account, and it cannot be sold or traded.

Store credit can be used only as the Terms of Service allow. It cannot be used on some purchases, including purchases from sellers who are connected to you through the program.

Store credit expiry

Each Refer & Earn credit expires 90 days after it is added to your balance. When you spend store credit, your oldest credit is used first. On the expiry date, any part of that credit you have not used is removed from your balance.

This expiry rule applies only to Refer & Earn credit. It does not change other store credit, such as refunds or credit from our support team.

We may send reminders before credit expires, but reminders are a courtesy. Credit expires on its date whether or not you receive a reminder.

Our control over the program

We run the program at our sole discretion. At any time, with or without notice, we may change reward amounts, reward types, hold periods, eligibility rules, qualifying plans, limits and subscription prices. These changes can apply to people you have already referred, going forward.

We may pause or end the program at any time. Store credit already added to your balance stays subject to these Terms, including the expiry and removal rules.

Reversals and removal of credit

We may cancel, withhold, reverse or remove any reward or store credit earned through the program, including credit already added to your balance, if we believe it involved abuse, fraud, gaming the program, self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, shared devices or payment methods, spam, or a breach of these Terms or the Terms of Service, or if the payment behind it is refunded, charged back or disputed. We make this decision, and our decision is final.

When a reward is reversed, we take it back from your store credit balance. If your balance is too low, the rest may be taken from future rewards. Credit that has already expired is not taken again. The Refer & Earn page shows credit taken back this way.

Reviews, suspension and removal

We may review any referral or account. While we review, we may hold rewards. We may suspend you from the program or remove you from it at any time, and rewards not yet added to your balance may be lost.

How you share

Share your link and code with people you know and on your own channels. Do not send spam or unwanted bulk messages. Do not make false or misleading claims about Double Holo, its prices or what anyone will get. Do not pretend to be Double Holo or speak for us. Do not post your code on coupon or deal sites. Do not bid on or use "Double Holo" or similar terms in paid search or social ads. Do not pay or reward people to use your code.

Follow the law and the rules of every platform where you share.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.

No warranty

The program is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that you will earn any rewards.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Double Holo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss related to the program, and our total liability related to the program is limited to the value of the store credit you earned through it in the 12 months before the claim. The limitation of liability in the Terms of Service also applies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will show the new version and its effective date, and you will need to agree to the updated Terms before you can keep using your referral link, code and stats. Rewards for people you already referred keep being recorded while you decide.
