New Seller Bonus Offer

Overview

Double Holo ("we," "us," or "our") is offering a New Seller Bonus to new sellers who successfully join and begin selling on the Double Holo marketplace (the "Promotion").

The New Seller Bonus includes two perks:

• $30 USD Store Credit to use on any purchase on Double Holo
• 2 Months Free Double Holo Premium subscription (a $19.98 value)

By participating, you ("Seller" or "Participant") agree to the terms below.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the New Seller Bonus, you must meet all of the following requirements:

1. New Seller Status

• You must be a brand-new seller on Double Holo.
• Your Double Holo account must have been created on or after January 12, 2026.
• Anyone who has previously registered, listed items, or received payouts as a seller (under any account, email, or entity) is not eligible.
• Duplicate, associated, or previously suspended accounts will be disqualified.

2. Stripe Onboarding & Verification

• You must complete onboarding through Stripe Connect, including all Know Your Customer (KYC) or Know Your Business (KYB) steps required by Stripe.
• You must be approved and eligible for payouts under Stripe's verification standards.
• If Stripe disqualifies or restricts your account for any reason, you will forfeit the Bonus.

3. Listing Requirement

• Publish at least 20 unique, distinct listings on Double Holo.
• Each listing must comply with Double Holo's Seller Guidelines and Content Policies.
• Duplicate, spam, or placeholder listings do not count toward the total.
• Only active ask orders for distinct cards (unique card_id) count toward your total.

4. Sales Requirement

• Complete three (3) legitimate sales to three different verified buyers through the platform.
• Each sale must be fulfilled, delivered, and completed without refund, dispute, or cancellation.
• Each qualifying sale must include a verified shipping address on the order.
• Each buyer must have a verified phone number on their Double Holo account.

Bonus Details

Once all eligibility requirements are met and verified by our team, you will receive two perks:

• $30 Store Credit: Automatically applied to your Double Holo account
• 2 Months Free Premium: Available to claim from your account settings

Limit one Bonus per individual or business entity. The Bonus cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash or other promotions.

Store Credit Perk ($30)

• Once approved, $30 USD in store credit will be automatically added to your Double Holo account.
• Store credit can be used toward any purchase on Double Holo, including cards, sealed products, and grading fees.
• Store credit cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
• Store credit does not expire.
• Store credit will be applied automatically at checkout.

Premium Trial Perk (2 Months Free)

• Once approved, you may claim 2 months (60 days) of free Double Holo Premium subscription.
• To claim the premium trial, you must enter a valid payment method (credit/debit card) via Stripe.
• Your card will not be charged during the 60-day trial period.
• After the 60-day trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard rate of $12.99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• You may cancel anytime during the trial period from your account settings to avoid being charged.
• If you already have an active Double Holo Premium subscription, you are not eligible for the premium trial perk (but you still receive the store credit).

Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny, delay, or revoke the Bonus if, in our sole discretion, we determine that:

• Any activity (listings, sales, or accounts) is fraudulent, deceptive, self-dealing, or artificial.
• The Seller has violated Double Holo's Terms of Service, Seller Policy, or Stripe's Acceptable Use Policy.
• The Seller is not in good standing or fails to complete required verifications.
• Sales were made to family members, friends, or associated accounts.

Attempting to circumvent or abuse the Promotion may result in account suspension, forfeiture of store credit, cancellation of premium trial, and permanent ineligibility for future incentives.

Taxes

The store credit and premium trial may be considered taxable income in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed.

Offer Period & Changes

• This Promotion runs from January 12, 2026 through February 15, 2026.
• Only users who created their Double Holo account on or after January 12, 2026 are eligible.
• All eligibility requirements (20 listings + 3 sales) must be completed before February 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
• Requirements completed after the promotion end date will not qualify for the bonus.
• Double Holo may extend the Promotion at its sole discretion.
• Any change will not affect Sellers who have already met all qualifying criteria and been approved prior to modification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double Holo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Promotion.

Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the value of the Bonus ($30 USD store credit + 2 months premium trial value).

Governing Law

This Promotion and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire understanding between Double Holo and each participant regarding the New Seller Bonus Offer and supersede all prior communications or representations.

By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
